Love supporting small businesses, but a little dissapointed. Paid full price for a thinner bracelet than was marketed upon sale. The owner notified me ahead of time, but did not offer any sort of refund or credit. For $165 the packaging was very underwhelming, just a crumpled paper box with the chain in a small plastic bag. For the owner, I’d suggest adding more accurate representation and details of the product online and investing in more appealing packaging or offer gift packaging/box options. Regardless, its a solid chain and I think my partner will love it for father’s day
